Is this the Sweetfin Innovation Kitchen location?
Yes. West Third is our exclusive launch location for the Innovation Kitchen, a menu we created in collaboration with a two-Michelin-starred chef, adding warm grain bowls, salads, and other flavor-forward dishes alongside our classic poke bowls. We're planning to bring this menu to more locations over time, but for now, West Third is the only place to try it.

The midnight close Wednesday through Saturday makes it a solid option for a late dinner in the area.
