Cookie Policy

Effective September 10, 2026  ·  Sweetfin Holding LLC

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on sweetfin.com, what each one does, who sets it, and how long it lasts. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains the personal information we collect more broadly and the rights you have over it.

Change your settings

Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary runs on this site until you make a choice. You can change that choice at any time.

What these technologies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Related technologies do much the same job by other means: local storage keeps data in your browser without sending it back with every request, pixels are tiny requests to a third party that confirm a page was viewed, and software development kits do similar work inside apps. We use the word “cookies” below to cover all of them.

How we group them

  • Strictly necessary — the site cannot work securely without them. These run without asking, because turning them off would break ordering, security, or accessibility.
  • Analytics — help us understand which pages and menu items people actually use. Off until you turn them on.
  • Advertising — let us show you Sweetfin ads on other platforms and measure whether they worked. This category involves disclosing information to Meta, Snap, and Google, which California law treats as selling or sharing your personal information. Off until you turn it on.
  • Convenience — power optional extras such as the gift-card window. Off until you turn them on.

Strictly necessary

sf_consent_v1Essential

Remembers the cookie choices you made here so we do not ask again on every page. Without it we could not honor your decision.

wf-csrfEssential

A security token that stops other websites from submitting forms on this site in your name.

_cfuvidEssential

Set by Cloudflare · Cookie · Ends with your browser session

acsb (several keys)Essential

Set by accessiBe · Browser local storage · Until you clear it

Remembers the accessibility settings you choose in the toolbar, such as larger text or screen-reader mode, so they persist as you move around the site.

Webflow shop and session cookiesEssential

Set by Webflow · Cookies · Session to 1 year

Analytics

_gaAnalytics

_ga_V0MH939MNZAnalytics

Tracks the state of your current visit for our specific Google Analytics property, so pages viewed in one sitting are grouped into a single session.

Webflow AnalyticsAnalytics

Set by Webflow · First-party · Aggregate only

Counts page views and traffic sources at an aggregate level for the hosting platform.

Advertising

Turning this category on means information about your visit is disclosed to the advertising platforms below so they can show you Sweetfin ads and tell us whether those ads worked. Under California law that is a sale or sharing of your personal information, and you can turn it off at any time.

_fbpAdvertising

Set by Meta (Facebook, Instagram) · Cookie · 90 days

Identifies your browser to Meta so Sweetfin ads can be targeted to you and so we can see when an ad led to a visit or an order.

_fbcAdvertising

Set by Meta · Cookie · 90 days

Stores the click identifier from a Meta ad when you arrive from one, so the visit can be matched back to that ad.

_scid and _scid_rAdvertising

Set by Snap · Cookies · 13 months

Identify your browser to Snapchat for ad targeting and to measure Snapchat campaigns.

_sctrAdvertising

Set by Snap · Cookie · 1 year

Records the session and click that brought you here from Snapchat.

u_sclid and u_sclid_rAdvertising

Set by Snap · Browser local storage · Until you clear it

A copy of the Snapchat identifiers above, kept in local storage so they survive when cookies are restricted.

_gcl_auAdvertising

Links a click on a Google ad to what you do on this site, so Google can report conversions back to us.

_gcl_lsAdvertising

Set by Google Ads · Browser local storage · Until you clear it

A local-storage copy of the Google Ads click identifier above.

Google Tag ManagerAdvertising

Set by Google · Container, no cookie of its own

Convenience

device_idConvenience

Set by inKind · Cookie · Persistent

Identifies your device to inKind, the platform that sells and services Sweetfin gift cards, so the gift-card window works and purchases are attributed correctly.

session_idConvenience

Set by inKind · Cookie · Ends with your browser session

Keeps your gift-card session going while you complete a purchase.

Other services that receive data

Some services do not set a cookie but still receive information — at minimum your IP address and browser details — because your browser has to contact them to load part of the page:

  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces used across the site.
  • CARTO and OpenStreetMap supply the map tiles in our store locator, and Nominatim turns an address you type into map coordinates. If you use the “use my location” button, your browser asks for your permission first and your coordinates stay in your browser.
  • Webflow and Cloudflare host and serve the site.
  • Thanx, Olo, Spoonfed, inKind and PayPal handle ordering, catering, gift cards and payment on their own pages, under their own cookie and privacy notices.
  • StoreRocket and Google Maps power the map and store details on our individual location pages. They receive your IP address and browser details when one of those pages loads.

Global Privacy Control and browser signals

If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Advertising cookies stay switched off for that browser and the cookie banner will tell you the signal was honored. Firefox, Brave and DuckDuckGo can send this signal, and extensions are available for other browsers.

You can also control cookies in your browser settings, including blocking them or deleting the ones already stored. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of this site. Because these controls are per-browser and per-device, you will need to set your preference again on each one.

Do Not Track

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal, but there is still no agreed standard for what a website should do with it, so we do not respond to it. We do respond to Global Privacy Control, as described above.

Changes to this policy

We review this inventory at least once a year and whenever we add or remove a tool that stores information in your browser. The effective date at the top shows the last change.
