RedBeard Bowl and Burrito


We launched our newest seasonal bowl in collaboration with Sweetfin chef and Santa Monica General Manager Jourdan Davis on June 13. A celebration of all things summer, the bowl features our sustainably caught albacore with a twist- it is sesame crusted and pan seared. Along with a fresh yuzu and charred corn slaw on top of a bed of our new coconut rice, this bowl is light and bright.

Not only is the RedBeard flavor profile available in a bowl, we are now rolling it into a burrito as well. The RedBeard burrito features all of the components of the bowl now rolled into our gluten-free tortilla which is featured in our signature poke burritos. Both of the items are available at all Sweetfin locations for a limited time.
